You can use the AI Writer to create any policy or SOP you require. Once it's been connected (click here for a tutorial on that), you will see the AI Writer button on each policy that you create or edit in Work Central (manuals).

  1. Click the AI Writer button.

  2. Add:
    1. Policy title. This is the general context for which the AI Writer will know what you need the content to be about.
Hint: Make it as descriptive as you need to generate the right content, then you can always change it/shorten it afterwards. You can even put a preferred word count in this space, e.g: "A 1000 word policy on safe knife practices", then shorten it to "Safe Knife Procedure" after creation.

    2. Target Audience. Who is policy or SOP for? Franchisees, all employees, or certain roles like Chefs or Personal Trainers. This is optional and not necessary to generate content.

    3. Contextual Considerations. When ticked, these will default to what has been added during set up of the AI Writer. You can change it as needed - it will not change the default settings. These are optional and not necessary to generate content.

    4. Click Generate when you're ready. You'll see a loading message while the AI Writer creates your content. After it's done, the content will display below.

    5. Review the content, adjust formatting and words/phrases as needed. Once you are happy with the content, decide where you want it to be inserted in the policy using the multichoice selector.
If it's a new policy, leave it as-is. If you're adding to an existing policy, choose append at last or insert at cursor position (if you had previously clicked where you wanted the content to go), or replace all content if you want to replace all existing content in your policy.

    6. Once the content has been added to your policy, you can continue creating or editing the policy as usual (e.g adding images, videos, and attachments).

    7. If you would like to add an AI quiz for any Roles/Users marked as Required Reading, click here for that tutorial!
