Add an AI generated verification quiz on any policy. Once it's been connected (click here for a tutorial on that), you will see the AI Quiz option on the verification tab of each policy in Work Central.
- Enable the toggle to have a Quiz on the policy.
Tip: Quizzes are only completed by users who this policy is marked as required reading for. Make sure you adjust the permissions as needed before publishing/updating.
- Choose how many questions you want to be generated (the default is 3). You can generate more than what you think you want (for more choice), and delete the ones you don't want afterwards.
The Context will automatically display all content within the policy, whether it was written manually or via the AI Writer. You can change this as needed here, to ensure the quiz questions are only generated based on the content that you want to quiz your team on.
- After clicking Generate, the loading message will appear. Once the AI Writer is done with the questions, they will display below.
Note: At this time, only multiple choice (single choice) questions are able to be generated, and they will always have 4 randomised answers. - Check and adjust each question and answer as needed, by using the edit buttons. You can delete a question using the bin button. If you want to generate a new set of questions, simply click the Generate button above again.
- Click the Confirm button when you are ready to add them to the policy. Then, continue editing or creating the policy as usual, or publish/update if you are finished.
