The "All Policies" page is where you can view ALL policies that you have access to.

If you are a system Admin, or a role with "Manage Content" in your role permissions, then you will be able to see ALL policies within all manuals, and policies that are unmapped.

To view the All Policies page:

  1. Click Work Central in the side menu
(this button may be called something else if your company has chosen to rename the module. It may be Manuals, Resources, Operations Manuals, etc)
  2. On the right hand side of the screen, click the white three dot drop down menu (ellipses)
  3. Click All Policies

On the All Policies page, there are a range of buttons and functions (see below this list for numbered explanation screenshot):

  1. View the policy names
  2. View the manual names
If a policy is mapped into multiple manuals, the manual names will be separated by a comma. If the policy is unmapped (which means it does not display in any manual but is still searchable via the search bar), then there will be a dash for a manual name.
  3. View the public URL for policies
This only appears if the "public policy" toggle has been enabled on the policy.
  4. View the current version number
  5. View the latest updated date
  6. View who it was updated by
  7. Actions
  8. Search for any information that displays on this page
E.g policy title, manual name, user that updated, etc
  9. Export the information that you see on the screen
  10. Filter by Manual names
  11. Bulk Actions
The Bulk Actions button will only appear once you have selected one or more policies using the tick boxes beside the names.
    • Change permissions
    • Archive policies
    • Delete policies
Note: Do not delete policies unless it was created by mistake and is no longer needed. Deleting policies will clear out ALL corresponding data, including reporting for sign-offs, version history, etc. This is unrecoverable and cannot be reversed or retrieved. We strongly advise against deleting policies, and recommend archiving policies instead.
  12. View the Policy
Opens up in a new tab.
  13. Ellipses options:
    • Edit the policy
    • Clone the policy (starts a new draft)
    • Delete the policy
Note: See above regarding deletion of policies
  14. Page tabs, these show the relevant information for:
    • Details: This displays the information for published, active policies. This is the default tab.
    • Reviews: This tab displays information for policies that have the "Schedule Review" function enabled, and includes the upcoming review date, last review date and whom by.
    • Archived: This tab will display the archived policies. Only Admins and content managers have access to this tab, it does not display if not policies have been archived yet.

Tip: You can filter or search for certain results to narrow down the list, change the "Show __ entries" option to display more than 10 lines/entries, and search for specific manuals, policy names, etc, to make finding exactly what you need much easier.
