The "All Policies" page is where you can view ALL policies that you have access to. 

If you are an Admin, or a role with "Manage Content" in your role permissions, then you will be able to see ALL policies across all manuals. 

To view the All Policies page:

  1. Click Work Central in the side menu
    (this may be called something else if your company has chosen to rename it. It may be Manuals, Resources, Operations Manuals, or something else)
  2. On the right hand side of the screen, click the white three dot drop down menu (ellipses)
  3. Click All Policies

From the All Policies page, you can:

  1. View policy names
  2. View manual names
  3. View the public URL for policies that have that feature enabled
  4. View the current version number
  5. View the latest updated date
  6. View who it was updated by
  7. View the entire policy 
  8. Search for any information above
  9. Export the information that you see on the screen
  10. Filter by Manuals
  11. Bulk Actions
    The Bulk Actions button will only appear once you have selected policies using the tick boxes.
    • Change permissions in bulk
    • Delete policies in bulk
      Note: Do not delete policies unless it was created by mistake and is no longer needed. Deleting policies will clear out ALL corresponding data, including reporting for sign-offs, version history, etc. This is unrecoverable and cannot be reversed or retrieved. We strongly advise against deleting policies. 
  12. Ellipses options:
    • Edit policies individually
    • Clone policies individually
    • Delete policies individually

Tip: You can filter or search for certain results to narrow down the list, before using the bulk update feature to make updating even easier! Change the "Show __ entries" option to "All", then use the "select all" tick box at the top to select all the results that appear.
