You can update your billing contact, credit card or bank account details any time via the platform. 

  1. Click on your profile icon and down to Billing. 
    Note: the billing tab is only available for those with access to manage billing details. If you need access, please let your administrator or Op Central account manager know.
  2. To update contact details, click the ellipses (three dot icon) on the far right hand of the page, and down to Update Billing Contact Details. 
  3. To update credit card or bank account details (for direct debit), click the button found under the ellipses. The pop-up is secure and encrypted; all transactions are via Stripe. 

From this tab you can also view and download your invoices.
