You can update your billing contact, credit card or bank account details any time via the platform. 

  1. Click on your profile icon and down to Billing. 
    Note: the billing tab is only available for those with access to manage billing details. If you need access, please let your administrator or the Op Central Support team know.

     
  2. To update contact details, click the ellipses (three dot icon) on the left side of the page, and down to Update Billing Contact Details. 

  3. To update credit card or bank account details for direct debit, click the Update Payment Method button found under the ellipses. The pop-up is secure and encrypted; all transactions are handled and processed via Stripe & Xero. 

From this tab you can also view and download your invoices. Invoices are not emailed to you automatically, and can be downloaded from this page any time.
