You can update your billing contact, credit card or bank account details any time via the platform.
- Click on your profile icon and down to Billing.
Note: the billing tab is only available for those with access to manage billing details. If you need access, please let your administrator or the Op Central Support team know.
- To update contact details, click the ellipses (three dot icon) on the left side of the page, and down to Update Billing Contact Details.
- To update credit card or bank account details for direct debit, click the Update Payment Method button found under the ellipses. The pop-up is secure and encrypted; all transactions are handled and processed via Stripe & Xero.
From this tab you can also view and download your invoices. Invoices are not emailed to you automatically, and can be downloaded from this page any time.
