For both Android and iOs (Google Play or the iTunes store), simply search for Ideagen Op Central and look for the app.

Once downloaded, open the app. You will see the Op Central screen.

Here, you will enter the "domain" for your company. This is the first part of the URL that you use to login through your web browser.

For example, the URL for Sushi Shack is https://sushishack.opcentral.com.au, so the domain is sushishack.

Do not include any spaces or punctuation, and do not include the opcentral.com.au part.

Once you've correctly entered your company's domain, you will see your branded login page.

Enter the same username and password that you use to login via the web browser. If you forget your password, click the Forgot Password button and follow the prompts.

When you login for the first time on the app, it will ask you to set a 4 digit pin or Face ID for quick access that you will use to login with.

Note: If you have not activated your account yet, then you will not be able to log in to the app. You cannot activate a new account via the app, it must be done on a web browser.

If you are enrolled in any Onboarding Programs, it must be completed on a browser (either mobile phone or laptop).

When you're logged in, you'll see your company's dashboard, with news articles, featured articles, and Quick Links (if any).

Along the bottom toolbar you can access the available modules that your company utilises. You may see less than shown in the image here, depending on your company's Op Central usage.

Starting from the left, the buttons are:

  • Home icon: Dashboard (News, Quick Links)
  • Tick icon: Tasks
  • Middle icon: All the modules your company has (Work Central [Manuals & policies], Learn Central [Training & Learning], and Audit Central [Audits & Checklists]
  • Bell icon: Notifications
  • Person icon: Your Profile, Change PIN/Face ID, Sign Out

Tips & Notes:

If you sign out, you will need to enter your domain and login details again the next time you open the Op Central app. 

Make sure that push notifications are allowed in your device/app settings to receive important notifications.

Enable automatic updates for your app so you don't miss out on any new features. This also ensures you get the best experience possible while using the app.
