The staff directory is where the contact information and profile pictures for each user account is displayed. You can choose to have this hidden partially or fully to certain roles, via their permission settings. 

  1. Filters - Use these to narrow down the list of people. You can use any combination to sort the list
  2. Ellipses - Export the current list of staff and their associated workplace from here. Any filters set apply to the export
  3. Sort By - Choose to list staff either ascending or descending, alphabetically
  4. View - When hovering your mouse (desktop; or touching on mobile) over a person's thumbnail, the view button appears. Click that to view their contact details
