Depending on your email platform/provider and your security set-up, the automated reminders or notification emails from the Op Central system may be rejected. If you're not receiving them, chances are they are being marked as spam by your email provider or by a separate spam filter.

We recommend adding the Op Central email address to your contact list/address book as well as marking it on your safe sender/not spam/whitelist if it ends up in your spam/junk folder. There is a different process to do this for every mail platform, the most common are listed below.

Whitelist an Email Address in a Security Program

Certain firewall and intrusion prevention security programs can block Op Central's automated emails. If you aren't receiving the platform's emails and you have already whitelisted our email address, you may also have to update the whitelist in your security program as well. This is less likely to affect web-based email programs, like Gmail, Yahoo, or AOL, and more likely to affect desktop/app-based email programs, like Outlook, Thunderbird, or AppleMail.

These are the two most common anti-spam systems; if yours is not listed then please reach out to their support team for assistance.
