Viewing and submitting forms will be available on the mobile app Friday the 6th of September.
To get the Forms module, make sure your app is updated to the most recent version. If your automatic updates are enabled in your App Store, the newest version should update automatically. If not, you will need to manually download the latest version by going to your App Store, finding the Ideagen Op Central app, and select the Update App option.
The Forms module has a streamlined and user friendly interface, here is an overview.
The Forms module will display as it's own menu option. This menu option will be named the same as it is in the web browser version. For example, if your Forms module has been renamed to "Checklists", then the menu item in the app will also display as "Checklists". |
On the Forms module page, you can use the Search icon to look for a specific form name, or open a folder (category) by tapping the name. If you aren't sure which folder the form is in, you can tap the "Show all forms" button to display a list of all forms you have access to in alphabetical order. |
Select the form you want to view or fill out. |
To view a form submission details, tap on the relevant submission, then the "View" button. To start a new submission for that form, tap on the "+" plus button at the bottom of the screen. To continue editing an "in progress" submission, tap on the submission record and then the "Continue" button. If a submission has a "-" for the Submitted On date, that means it s still In Progress and has not yet been submitted. Depending on your user permissions, you can also edit, export, and view a submission by tapping the ellipses (three dots). |
When you tap on a submission record, some details will display. These details are the same that appear in the submission list on the web browser. To view the whole submission, tap the View button. To edit the submission, tap the edit button. |
When viewing a full submission, if you want to edit (and your user account has permission to), tap the edit button at the top. Then tap submit when you're finished to save the changes. |
When creating a new submission, fill in all the necessary fields and then tap the submit button at the bottom. You can also save your progress and finish it at another time. |
