When you open a manual in "edit" view, here is a legend of the buttons and functions you will see.

The policies and sections can be easily moved around using the drag and drop feature. The table of contents numbers will automatically change accordingly.

  1. Edit the description and thumbnail of the manual
  2. Set the permission in bulk for ALL the policies within the manualĀ (note this will change the policy permission for whatever manuals it is included in, as a permissions are based on individual policies, not by the manual as a whole)
  3. Expand or contract the table of contents
  4. Create a new section or policy
  5. The Policy Library is where all the policies that have ever been created (not just the ones in this manual) live. If you ever need to reorganize or re-map in the future, it is easily done using the policy library being the repository for all of them.
  6. Any policies that are un-mapped, meaning they have not been linked to any section or manual, live under this tab
  7. Edit the section title
  8. Add a sub-section
  9. Set the permissions in bulk for ALL the policies under this section. (note this will change the policy permission for whatever manuals it is included in, as a permissions are based on individual policies, not by the manual as a whole)
  10. Create a new policy under this section
  11. Delete this section. (Deleting a section will move any policies listed under it to the un-mapped tab of the policy library)
  12. Edit the policy
  13. Unlink this policy (this will move it to the un-mapped tab of the policy library)
