You can export any table (also referred to as a list) within Op Central into an Excel or CSV file. This export will include all columns on the table that are visible, and all entries.

To export the data which is visible on the table:

  1. Sort the data first to export it in the order you want the entries to show (optional)
  2. Click the "download" button next to the search bar on the table
  3. Select whether you want an Excel or a CSV file and click the appropriate option
  4. Check your local downloads folder for the file called "Table" with a date stamp. Rename the file whatever you like! 

If there is additional data available for the table (eg survey submission answers or custom workplace / user fields), this can be exported by using the ellipses (three dot menu) and clicking export.
