Your company may provide optional programs (sometimes called courses) for you to complete, at your own pace. Or, they may have mandatory programs that you are required to complete and are structured a certain way. 

If there are any programs considered mandatory for you, you will automatically be enrolled and notified.

To go through the activities and complete a training program:

  1. Click Training in the side menu, then My Training
    Observations and Manual Assessments are only used when you have ability to observe or assess
  2. Programs that you are enrolled in will show up on the Enrolments tab, and any optional programs under the All Programs tab
  3. Click Start (or Enrol) on the program you want to complete
  4. You will see all the different modules within the program
    There may be only one or two, or there could be 5-10 or more - you may have to do them in sequential order, depending on how your company has set them up
  5. Click View on the module you want to start
  6. A pop-up window will display all the activities you will need to complete for that module to be completed

  7. Click on the activity you want to start
  8. A new window will open for any interactive e-learning, which then has a Close  button at the bottom right corner of the screen
  9. All other activities will display in the same window, not in a new one
  10. You can move along to the next activity once the previous has been completed, or go back to the list to choose a different one
  11. Any written assessments or observations will be graded by the a nominated assessor/observer (might be your manager or a training company, etc)
  12. If you need to re-do any activities or assessments, you will be notified both by email and in-platform
  13. Once the program is complete, you will see either a tick/check mark on the program thumbnail (if there are not certificates issued), or a medal icon (if there is a certificate)
  14. If certificates are issued, you can download them by clicking the medal button found when you hover over the thumbnail
