Outstanding Tasks & Required Audits

For a "required" audit to be taken off the Outstanding list and the corresponding task completed, the outstanding audit must be selected from either the Task list in the toolbar, or from the Outstanding tab in Audits.

If an auditor selects the "Submit Audit" button, manually selects the audit questionnaire and the location, the system will not mark off any outstanding tasks as completed. The task itself must be selected.

Due Date Selector

Previously, you were unable to select your own due date for reoccurring audits. Now, you can set your preferred due dates for each questionnaire.

For example, you may have a weekly audit that starts on every Monday, but you want the audit to be completed by Wednesday of the same week.

Any changes made to the due dates or reminder frequency of existing audits will apply to the next reoccurring period. A handy scheduler tip will show you the next dates that your selection falls on!

New "Overdue" Status

With flexible due dates comes the need for more oversight into audits that are outstanding. Now, any users with the Reporting permission can see a new "Outstanding" tab in Audits reporting, which has a new status of "Overdue" for any audits that have gone passed the expiry dates.

If Admins need to delete outstanding audit tasks, you can also do that from the same page (under the ellipses).

Signature Fields

If you need a signature for your auditing compliance records, you can request (or require!) that from the auditor by adding a Signature question type to your Audit template.

Individual Answer Notifications

On any Yes/No, True/False, Multiple Choice Single Select or Multiple Choice Multi Select question types, you can add a notification to certain Roles or Users when a specific answer has been selected by the Auditor.

For example, if the question is "The license, registration or business notifications are available?", and the answer is "False", then you may want the Area Manager who coaches that location to be notified, so they can contact the Manager/Owner about it.
