Manuals - Export Policies in Bulk
Users with permission to Export PDFs and Publish Content can now export policies in bulk on the All Policies page.
Check the policies you want to export and select the "Bulk Actions" dropdown menu to Export the selected policies. You can export with attachments which will be included in the overall ZIP file.
Manuals - New Permissions to Manage Draft Policies
There is a new feature within the Operations Manuals tab inside of the System Settings page that allows you to set permissions for roles to manage policy drafts based on chosen settings. The settings available to choose from are:
- No
- Across All Locations
- User Location(s) Only
- Users Managed Region(s)
If "Can Publish" is ticked but "Can Manage Drafts" is set to "No", the user will be able to publish content as normal but will only be able to manage their own drafts from the "Manage Drafts" page.
If "Can Publish" is not ticked but "Can Manage Drafts" is set to anything other than "No", the user will be able to manage their own drafts and any other drafts that lie within the setting chosen (User Location, All Locations, User Regions).
Contracts - Download Contract Templates
You can now download contract templates from the "Manage Templates" screen. Select the ellipsis (3 Dots) menu and click "Download" to download contract templates as PDF files.
Social Timeline - Filter Posts By Locations & Users
Users can now filter Social Timeline posts by using the new Filter button added to the widget.
Posts can be filtered by a combination of Locations and Users.
