Audits - History for Action Items

You can now view the history of activity that has happened on an action item. The history log is found by viewing the action item from the Reporting > Action Items tab, and clicking on the clock button at the top of the Action item pop-up. The history will track:

  • If it is re-assigned
  • If the due date changes
  • When the status changes

And each log will show who made the associated change.

Audits - Edit an action item from Reporting

You can now directly edit an action item from the Reporting page (Action Items tab). This will help reduce the time needed to change action items, because the audit submission itself does not need to be opened and edited anymore.

You can edit an action item from Reporting if you are:

  • The user who created the action item

  • An Admin

  • A User with a role that has the “Manage Questionnaires” permission

Audits - Mandatory question validation

Questions that are marked as "mandatory" can now be validated at the end of an audit submission, which means auditors are free to move around between question groups without answering all of the mandatory questions first.

This new setting is found on the Details page, while you are editing the audit questionnaire. It can be applied to your existing live audits, and removed at any point too.

Forms - Google Sheets Integration

You can now link an Op Central form to a Google Sheet! Once connected, each form submission will push into the selected Google Sheet.

There will be a new "Integrations" tab that displays on every form (the admin side), where the Admin can choose if they want to integrate that form to a sheet. If they don't want to use that feature, they can simply skip that tab.

See this page for the full tutorial on the new Google Sheets + Forms integration.

Forms - Notify Users of Answers

When you create a form, you now have the ability to set whether you want to notify users of answers to form fields.

It only applies to fields with definitive answers, like radio buttons, drop downs, and checkboxes. Any question where you define the answer options (you cannot do it for System data sources, only custom).
